Managed Service Architect

New Today

Overview

Natilik is a Global Technology Solutions Partner and Managed Services Provider (MSP). Our mission is to be the industry’s “Confident Guide” between vendors and clients, providing products, services, platforms, applications, and expertise to help clients deliver their key outcomes. We focus on five stakeholders — clients, people, partners, communities, and shareholders — and believe in lifelong partnerships built on trust and excellence. We’re looking for individuals to confidently guide our clients on their digital transformation journey.

We’re seeking a Managed Service Architect to join our pre-sales Design team, working with the Design and Sales community to produce service designs for clients. You’ll contribute to both new business wins and renewals, ensuring clients see the full value in Natilik’s managed services portfolio. Natilik guides clients on digital transformation through the service methodology of Discover, Design, Transition, Manage and Success. With a market shift to an “outcome first, technology second” approach, the challenges clients face require solutions and services that meet technical and lifecycle objectives.

As a Managed Service Architect, you will engage with clients and prospects to generate positive interest in Natilik’s services and educate on the business benefits of investing in managed services. This includes analysing a client’s business requirements, understanding service dependencies, and designing scalable, reliable and efficient service components.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with clients to capture requirements and design appropriate managed service solutions to meet business challenges.

  • Articulate the business value of service designs in client meetings and produce detailed, clear client-facing documentation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical solutions advisor / advocate for clients.

  • Develop and own operational support requirements and service acceptance criteria for new technologies in Natilik’s portfolio.

  • Design and define current, transition and future operating models for clients that align with ITIL, SIAM and other governance frameworks on digital transformation journeys.

  • Work with internal stakeholders and clients on commercial elements such as pricing of proposed services in renewal and tender processes.

  • Support the development of managed service solutions and packages as the wider solution portfolio evolves.

  • Conduct workshops with clients, demonstrating the business value of proposed solutions.

  • Collaborate with solution architects, service owners, process leads, and third-party partners to ensure architectural alignment and adoption.

  • Influence decision-making by articulating the value and impact of architectural choices on service outcomes.

Please note: Due to the nature of some of the clients, the selected candidate must be eligible to obtain security clearance.
