Overview

Sycurio are looking for a Management Accountant to join their Finance Team on a 4-6 months FTC. The Management Accountant will be responsible for the production of monthly management accounts, project analysis, payroll and finance administration as well as other adhoc duties.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Monthly prepayments and accruals
• Monthly facilities development capitalisation schedules and management of development project codes
• Quarterly VAT return for Sycurio Ltd and Yale Midco 3
• Preparation of lease schedules and posting monthly lease interest
• Monthly intercompany reconciliation
• National statistics filings
• Preparing audit schedules at year end
• Deferred revenue and accrued revenue reconciliation every month
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Provide payroll information to payroll providers (UK, US & India) in good time for running payroll and check payroll reports prior to sign off by Accounting Manager
• Posting all payroll journals
• Assistance with US Nexus Tax
• Monthly BAS report to Australia accountant for filing
• Calculate bonus & overtime payments
• Preparing and issuing P11Ds and PSA calculation
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required
• It is your responsibility to assist Sycurio, manage and maintain certification for the following frameworks: ISO27001, PCI (Data Security Standard, Payment Application Data Security Standard, Software Security Framework, Secure Software Lifecycle), Cyber Essentials and HITRUST

Key qualifications, skills, experience

• Ability to work in a team and individually
• Ability to work calmly under pressure to meet deadlines
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Qualified Accountant
• At least 5 years' relevant experience
• Prior use of NetSuite desirable but not essential
