Overview

Management Accountant – 6-Month FTC (with strong potential to extend or go permanent). We’re exclusively partnering with a nationwide corporate organisation to hire an Interim Management Accountant. This is a stable and dynamic environment where you’ll have the chance to step up, take ownership, and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

As Management Accountant, you’ll be a key part of the finance team, driving performance and providing insights that shape decision‑making at both operational and strategic levels. You will:

• Consolidate site‑level forecasts into clear group/regional reports.
• Deliver variance analysis & translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Present financial results and recommendations directly to senior leadership.
• Analyse trends, risks, and opportunities to influence business strategy.
• Ensure accurate and reliable P&L reporting.

This is an opportunity to work in a hands‑on, business‑facing role where your expertise will directly support growth and performance.

What You’ll Bring

• Part‑qualified or studying towards ACCA / CIMA / ACA.
• Proven experience in finance business partnering with commercial stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Confidence in reporting, presenting, and influencing decisions.
• Advanced Excel + exposure to financial systems (SAP/Oracle) & BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong interpersonal skills – able to challenge, support, and build trusted relationships.
• Rural East Sussex (commutable from surrounding areas).
• Hybrid: 1–2 days in the office, 3–4 days WFH.
