Your Role

As a Management Consultant - Demand Planning you will design and deliver innovative solutions for leading global companies. You will collaborate with Capgemini colleagues and clients to understand challenges and opportunities, design future models, and implement those models. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supply chain planning strategy and operating model design (processes, organisation, capabilities, technology).
  • Transition, transformation support and optimisation of future models.
  • Leading major workstreams or smaller projects, shaping the project scope, quality and timeline.
  • Contributing to project delivery and timely completion in alignment with commercial goals.

Role Development Opportunities

Opportunity across business development, internal contribution and learning & development:

  • Business Development – proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, hosting events.
  • Internal Contribution – campaign development, think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development.
  • Learning & Development – training, certifications, skill development.

Your Profile

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Demand forecasting and planning (sell‑in, sell‑out, sell‑through).
  • Demand elements of S&OP or IBP.
  • Work experience in consumer products, manufacturing, retail, automotive or other product‑based industry, or consulting experience improving planning processes.
  • Consultancy experience in a major consulting firm or internal consulting.
  • History of delivery in supply‑chain improvement, creative realistic solutions to client problems.
  • Knowledge of technology to deliver business value in supply chain and experience with planning systems such as Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9.
  • Experience with consultancy methods and approaches.
  • Proven ability in a matrixed organisation, building support for consulting solutions.
  • Experience in proposition building and delivery.
