Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice and assistance to organisations in improving their performance and efficiency. As a Management Consultant, you will work closely with clients to analyse their business structure and operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic solutions.
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business processes and operations
- Identify key issues and challenges within the organisation
- Develop innovative strategies and solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with client teams to implement recommended changes
- Provide guidance on change management processes
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders outlining findings and recommendations
- Monitor the progress of implemented solutions and make adjustments as necessary
Qualifications:
- GCSE English minimum grade 7
- GCSE Maths minimum grade 7
- A levels minimum 3 in any subject
- Degree educated minimum 2.1 Hons
Security Requirement:
All our consultants require security vetting that exceeds SC, to be considered candidates must hold a valid British Passport and have been permanently resident in the UK for the past 10 years.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years as a management consultant working directly with external clients
- Minimum of 3 years working with public sector
- Having worked on a technology enabled transformation programme
- Proven experience in business analysis and strategic planning
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong problem-solving skills
Skills:
- Prince2 accredited
- Minimum 3 years project management experience of a £500k+ budget
- Experience of public sector governance processes
- Strong planning and management skills
- Requirements capture and analysis
- Process capture, mapping, analysis and redesign
- Specification production
- Benefits modelling, analysis and management
- Business change leadership
- Business change delivery
- Benefits monitoring and realisation
Location and Work Schedule:
Although we operate a work from home policy, our offices are in Leamington Spa and you will be required to work from the office one day a week. Some client assignments may be on-site anywhere in the UK, they could require one or two nights away from home however, this will be infrequent. Practically only candidates within 30 miles of Leamington will be considered.
