The Data Analytics & AI – Data Science & AI – Manager role sits within the Data Analytics and AI team. You will help clients derive value from data by embedding innovative analytics solutions into business areas, transform data into strategic assets, and lead high-profile engagements as a manager.

Responsibilities

  • Big Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform business strategies.
  • Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques to extract insights, build predictive models, interpret data, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Machine Learning and AI Model End to End Management: Build and manage the full lifecycle of ML models including development, validation, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy advanced ML models aligned with business objectives and client operations.
  • Communication: Translate complex analytical findings and model results into business language for stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed of the latest data science techniques and tools to keep the team at the cutting edge.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning or deep learning models in real-world applications.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Programming: Solid experience in Python and SQL; R is a nice-to-have.
  • ML & AI: Practical experience with ML libraries such as Scikit-Learn, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Generative AI: Some hands-on experience with LLMs for prompt engineering or agents is preferred.
  • Cloud Expertise: Building, deploying, and monitoring models on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is preferred.
  • Foundational Knowledge: Strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, AI principles and programming.

  • Problem-Solving: Translate business assumptions into feature engineering and model explainability.
  • Collaborative Development: Work with senior data scientists and solution architects to build models aligned with client needs.
  • Data Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines critical for model training and deployment.
