OMD Greater London, United Kingdom is hiring a Manager, Client Leadership (Apple). This role is part of a global account and international team that plans and supports EMEA markets out of London. It is ideal for someone with established media planning, strategy and thinking, and who wants to work on one of the world’s most iconic brands.
Within a fast-moving, high-pressure environment we seek someone who is adaptable, curious and detail-oriented. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and bringing to life smart global and local campaigns for both offline and online media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead campaigns from start to finish. Support the director and manage the day-to-day running of the account.
- Serve as the key point of contact for junior clients for campaign queries.
- Manage and strategically assign budgets at the campaign level.
- Assign day-to-day workloads of junior team members and help facilitate their career and skill progression.
- Brief and coordinate the media planning process with local and specialist teams.
- Stay on top of deliverables – booking deadlines, delivery deadlines, launch timings – across all media and communicate as appropriate.
- Create and present concise and well-designed presentations for multiple stakeholders and clients.
- Bring together different media plan elements in a cohesive, integrated way.
- Oversee campaign budget and tracking for different lines of business.
- Be a key point of contact for local European and global teams.
- Work closely with local teams and media vendors to identify new opportunities/partnerships.
- Liaise with the creative agency on best practices and develop strong relationships with them.
About You
- Passion for and interest in international media planning/buying.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong financial acumen and numeracy.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to multi-task and work with several stakeholders; account is fast paced and communications-heavy.
- Enjoys working within a close-knit team.
- Confident presentation skills in front of agency and clients.
- Interest in consumer technology, entertainment, music and film. Desire to learn and understand client’s business.
- Curiosity about the world and how media and advertising play a part in it.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit – a desire to make things happen and find solutions.

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the London office three days a week with the other days available to work remotely. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two remote) and standard working hours are 9:30–17:30, with flexible adjustments around core hours of 10:30–16:30.
