This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a centralized team across the world-renowned brand PepsiCo (EMEA). This role is for a candidate who is passionate about driving business impact, enjoys creativity and continuously elevating output to deliver best in class solutions for the client and agency.

The PepsiCo business is split into 3 Business units covering a range of high-profile brands: Snacks (Lays, Cheetos, Walkers), Beverages (key brands are Pepsi, Rockstar & Lipton Iced Tea) & Nutrition (Quaker oats).

This role will be across all business units, focused on Comms Planning & Client Service with responsibilities across the Comms Planning team. The centralised PepsiCo org is responsible for strategic direction and ensuring absolute marketing excellence across all of PepsiCo’s marketing activity across Europe.

You Will Be Tasked With

  • Leading the markets in Planning best practice: This requires learning the OMD Planning tools and teaching markets how to use it effectively,
  • Leading the delivery of our quarterly market scorecard
  • Managing Market deliveries and ad hoc reports
  • Developing best practice Planning Playbooks with the Planning Director,
  • Developing Thought Leadership Workshops and think pieces.

Experience Required

  • Client Leadership /Client Services experience in Media/Planning
  • Use of Planning Tools for budget setting
  • Experience briefing and building relationships with Media Owners
  • Local Market Co-Ordination
  • People Management
  • Research and Insight development
