Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Work Model: Hybrid
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Manager to join our Corporate Finance Team, focusing on corporate financial compliance and complex accounting areas. In this key role, you will manage and execute critical financial reporting activities, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and support strategic financial objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities include:
- Mergers and Liquidations: Lead mergers and liquidations from a corporate accounting perspective, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulations, and proper reflection in our consolidation system.
- Transfer Pricing Calculations: Manage the PCM Application for transfer pricing across the Group, analyze outputs to assess performance of key entities.
- Environmental & Social Governance: Collaborate with the sustainability council to ensure ESG reporting compliance.
- Technical Accounting: Conduct research, interpret standards, and advise on their impact on financials.
- Financial Audits: Prepare calculations for share-based payments, impairment reviews, and support regional finance with audit queries.
- Management Reporting: Review monthly financial statements and prepare quarterly Board presentations with analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with tax, FP&A, treasury, and operations teams to align reporting and strategies.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy in reporting and month-end activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with relevant post-qualification experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools
- Strong Excel skills
- Solid knowledge of IFRS
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, experience with executive presentations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Big 4 or large corporate finance roles
- Oracle EPM experience
- US GAAP knowledge
