About the role

Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Manager to join our growing Global Activation team. You will be a key digital and social media specialist, partnering with all areas of the business to deliver creative, innovative, and award‑winning digital solutions through an insights‑led approach. You’ll drive the ideation and execution of digital strategies for global healthcare leaders, manage social and digital programs end‑to‑end, and serve as the go‑to social media expert for both clients and internal teams.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the day‑to‑day lead across multiple accounts, coordinating with clients and cross‑functional Real Chemistry teams to execute digital and social programmes.
  • Demonstrate confidence with platform functionality and strategies, applying best practices across major social media channels.
  • Deliver high‑quality outputs and tactical execution, ensuring quality control, project progress, and timely delivery of budgets and timelines.
  • Provide counsel to clients and internal team members at various seniority levels across digital strategy, paid media, influencer programmes, and more.
  • Partner with creative, analytics, paid, and performance teams to develop innovative visual campaigns, actionable audience insights, and optimisation strategies.
  • Translate research from tools such as Global Web Index and Kantar into channel and content recommendations.
  • Support new business efforts by overseeing junior colleagues’ social research and extracting insights to inform media strategy.
  • Proactively identify problems, propose solutions, and stay ahead of trends by educating internal and client partners.
  • Manage, coach, and train junior colleagues, ensuring accurate time‑tracking and resource management.
  • Maintain disciplined time management and accurate data entry in weekly timesheets and resource management systems.

What you should have

  • Excellent presentation skills for internal and client audiences, including new‑business pitches and training sessions.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration abilities, working effectively both internally and externally within an integrated team.
  • Deep analytical insight: able to interpret numbers and analytics reports to provide actionable client counsel and integrate insights throughout campaign phases.
  • Confidence in day‑to‑day client counsel and ability to handle smaller issues independently, knowing when to elevate matters.
  • Highly organized, deadline‑mindful, and detail‑oriented with strong prioritisation skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to embrace change and pivot as new challenges arise.
  • Accessible and responsive, able to engage stakeholders and adjust quickly.
  • Strong experience across digital and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X/Threads, BlueSky, YouTube, Google Display, Search, etc.).
  • Proficiency with social management tools, measurement platforms, and advertising platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and others.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Desirable: previous agency experience and healthcare industry knowledge.
