Role Description
The successful individual will be an integral part of our growing advisory team that is delivering the variety of client engagements across all our business for our corporate and investor clients.
The key objective is for the role to take responsibility for leading the coordination and input for the client engagements as project manager, including client-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of our client engagements across the full project delivery cycle
- Coordinate and project manage project workstreams
- Manage inputs from Associates and other junior team members
- Work alongside our senior industry practitioners and our extensive expert network on daily basis
- Lead the production of high-quality client reports and presentation materials.
- Use and implement robust strategy consulting frameworks and approaches to our client materials
- Lead and support business development, including proposal writing, marketing and attending global events
- Lead and support detailed market research and analysis focused on energy markets
- Provide financial and economic modelling and data-analysis support
- Support alignment across Energex services (Commercial Advisory, M&A Transactions and Infrastructure)
- Contribute to our in-depth thought leadership in the energy sector
- The role will be based in London and might require some client assignment related international travel.
Requirements & Skills
- Ideally the successful candidate will have a background in management and strategy consulting with 5 years+ of experience delivering consulting projects and managing teams and clients, preferably in the energy sector
- Experience with, or a strong appetite to learn about, energy markets through working alongside experienced energy practitioners, sector experts and leading clients
- Be a dynamic and results-driven self-starter, thriving on the responsibility given to them
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, demonstrating the initiative and self-discipline to work on your own and take responsibility for the quality of your output
- Ability to take multiple inputs on a topic and structure into coherent messages for client reports and presentation materials
- Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation and persistence in getting things done on time
- High standard of communication in a written and graphic format
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and formatting
- High standard of IT literacy, including MS Office
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes
- Prepared to accept responsibility and take accountability for own actions and behaviours

- Demonstrate self-awareness, emotional intelligence and a sense of service
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity
