Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Strategy & Culture Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Enterprise Risk Management, Strategy & Culture Manager to lead the development and embedding of our Risk Management Strategy, Culture and Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF). This is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of our organisation’s resilience, helping us navigate uncertainty and evolve our risk practises.

About the Role

You will lead key workstreams that embed and evolve our Risk Management Strategy and Culture across the organisation.

Working with our Learning & Development team, create impactful learning experiences through masterclasses, training events, newsletters, and toolkits that bring risk strategy and culture to life.

Own enhancement of core components of the ERMF and sub-frameworks from Risk Appetite and Policies to Reporting and Governance, ensuring they’re aligned with best practice and business needs.

Champion a risk-aware culture by partnering across YBS to integrate risk thinking into planning, performance, and leadership development.

Lead enterprise-wide assessments that shape our risk capability journey and influence how we grow and mature as a business.

About You

You must have experience in enterprise risk management, with a strong track record in shaping Risk Frameworks, Strategy, and Culture through leading impactful initiatives or workstreams in these areas.

You have a clear commitment to ongoing professional development, staying current and informed in the evolving landscape of risk management.

We would like you to have a professional qualification, such as the Institute of Risk Management Certificate (or equivalent) however, this is not a must have if you can show strong experience in the other areas mentioned above.
