The Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Manager, Global Commercial Analytics to lead a high-performing team in delivering scalable, trusted, and actionable analytics solutions. This role is central to enabling data-informed decision-making and driving commercial performance across our global organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Commercial Analytics specialists.
  • Translate strategic priorities into analytics projects that generate actionable insights.
  • Design and deliver global dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the deployment of a new Commission Management tool and ensure scalable, auditable bonus logic setup.
  • Define and implement global data governance policies and reporting standards.
  • Resolve complex data quality issues in partnership with IT and Data Engineering.
  • Maintain global analytics documentation, including SOPs and training guides.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Finance, Rewards, IT, and Data Engineering.
  • Act as a key point of contact for global and regional stakeholders on analytics and reporting priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years in Commercial Analytics, Revenue Operations, or BI, with 2+ years of people management.
  • Expertise in CRM & BI platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proven ability to generate insights and influence decision-making.
  • Strong background in data governance and reporting standardisation.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in global environments.
  • Desirable: SQL or coding experience, familiarity with data modelling, and experience in biotech or life sciences.
