This top tier firm are seeking an experienced litigator to join their Private Client team, working on high-value, complex disputes for HNW individuals, families, family offices, and corporates.

Cases are often multi-jurisdictional and high-profile, covering family, private wealth, and commercial conflicts.

What you’ll do:

• Lead litigation & ADR across family, private, and commercial disputes
• Advise HNWIs, corporations, and charities on complex, sensitive matters
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
• Drive business development and client relationships

What they’re looking for:

• 8+ PQE solicito (commercial/private client litigation)
• Strong experience with corporate & partnership disputes (JV, M&A, shareholder/director)
• Trusted advisor to HNW & corporate clients
• Commercially minded, proactive, and confident in business development
