Responsibilities
- Varied work for a range of clients spanning property acquisitions, disposals and asset management
- Supervising and supporting junior members within the team
- Collaborating closely with Partners across office locations
- Actively involved in business development and managing existing client relationships
- Assisting in the long‑term growth and development of the Real Estate offering nationwide
Qualifications
- A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered) with 7+ years’ PQE in a similar legal setting
- A forward thinker with proven analytical, communication and organisational skills, self‑motivated and able to manage workloads and deadlines
- Client‑focused approach with the ability to nurture long‑standing relationships
- Proven experience supervising and/or managing junior team members
- Drive and ambition to succeed as a key senior component of the team, with commitment to developing the firm's offering locally and nationally
