YOUR ROLE
As an Oracle Solution Architect you will be responsible for architecting and delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM / ERP) tailored to the needs of our clients. This role combines deep Oracle expertise with strategic thinking and leadership, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client objectives and industry best practices. - Architect and design Oracle Cloud solutions that meet the complex needs of (public sector) clients, ensuring regulatory and security compliance.
- Lead solution design workshops, translating business requirements into robust Oracle architectures across HCM / ERP.
- Oversee delivery teams to ensure technical integrity, performance, and quality of Oracle implementations.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on Oracle roadmap planning, integration strategies, and transformation governance.
- Support business development through solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, data migration, and system optimization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Cloud capabilities and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client objectives and timelines.
Your profile
An ideal candidate combines deep Oracle expertise with strategic insight and leadership capabilities. You will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in Oracle Cloud architecture (HCM, ERP, or both), including integration, data migration, and security design.
- Strong understanding of public sector operating models, procurement processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing client relationships in large-scale transformation programs.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and delivering sustainable value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Optional
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Cloud Applications Architect Certification (preferred)
- SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain (required for government projects)
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, or in industry with a Consulting background; ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation and to enlist support from peers in selling and delivering solutions.
- Experience in proposition building and delivery.
- Business development – leveraging organisation relationships and your own network.
