Managing Consultant — Strategy & Digital Transformation Location: London, UK — Hybrid (flexible) Type: Permanent | Full-time | Or Contract-To-Hire About the role We’re seeking a senior consulting leader to shape and grow a practice helping organisations plan and deliver business and digital transformation . You’ll lead talented consultants, build trusted client relationships, and design transformation roadmaps that turn strategy into measurable impact. What you’ll do Lead and develop a high-performing consulting team — from project delivery to mentoring and professional growth. Translate strategy into execution , delivering transformation initiatives spanning market entry, M&A analysis, customer acquisition, CX/platform selection, AI and data-driven change . Own client relationships end-to-end: proposal development, pitches, delivery oversight, and stakeholder management for mid- to large-scale programmes. Drive practice development through methods, thought leadership, and training aligned with professional accreditation standards. Ensure delivery excellence , embedding quality assurance and collaboration across internal and external teams. Who you are Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) or equivalent professional accreditation (essential). 10+ years in strategy, business transformation, or digital consulting with proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams. Strong grasp of digital platforms, AI, CX, data analytics, and emerging technologies — able to guide clients on selection and implementation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident in presenting to senior executives and facilitating workshops. Experience across multiple sectors — energy, infrastructure, automotive, or commodities desirable. Prior Big 4 or boutique consulting experience is advantageous.
