We're looking for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our client on their current growth with exciting Data Centre, Mission Critical, Life Sciences and other projects across the UK & Europe, this role is based just outside of Glasgow and supporting projects both locally and across the UK. This is a hybrid position.

This role is paying between £60k to £70k annually. This is working a usual Monday to Friday routine (40 hours a week), plus additional benefits for a permanent employee (Pension, bonus, etc). This is a hybrid position offering 3 days in office, 2 days at home each week.

You must be an individual who comes from a previous background on large projects, ideally within Data Centres, Mission Critical, Life Sciences or similar with experience leading & managing pre-construction and pre-contract talks, be a technical point of contact for clients, leading client facing meetings & talks.
The most importan thing we require is an individual with experience across BOQ's and take offs.

• Must have previous Quantity Surveying experience (Minimum of 5+ years)
• Must have full right to work in the UK due to this work being in Scotland and this role doesn't offer sponsorship.
• Ideally looking for someone with experience across Data Centres, Mission Critical, Life Sciences or similar as the client is a specialist in these industries. Would consider candidates without this experience depending on the rest of your experience.
• Strong experience with pre-contract meetings and pre-construction talks
• An outside of the box method of thinking to ensure projects are adhered to within timescales.
