A prestigious Tier 1 contractor is looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility on a £40m AMP8 wastewater infrastructure project based out of Rickmansworth with site in Iver. This is a senior leadership role overseeing commercial teams, managing NEC contracts, and driving margin protection across the project lifecycle.

You’ll Bring:

• Significant experience in water or civils infrastructure (Tier 1 background preferred)

• Strong NEC contract and subcontractor management expertise

• Sound commercial judgement and CVR/forecasting expertise
