This role is for a MANDARIN-speaking professional with a background in Project Management of Telecoms network installations. The successful candidate will oversee teams in Europe and the UK responsible for installing network, server, storage, cloud, and data centre infrastructure for a global business. The role offers variety, autonomy, and the possibility of travel within Europe, with direct client reporting. It provides an engaging opportunity with significant independence.

TITLE: Mandarin Speaking Project Manager - TELECOMS

Location: London

Work Style: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)

Salary: Up to £42,000 + bonus (Total compensation up to £50,000 per annum)

DUTIES:

• Coordinate and manage the installation of telecom networks
• Oversee and mentor the installation teams
• Manage end-to-end projects related to network and data centre delivery
• Plan and oversee all project aspects to meet deadlines
• liaise with clients and engineers
• Report on installation status
• Maintain all project documentation
• Undertake site preparations (e.g., rack and cabinet installation, structured cabling, power and cooling infrastructure, on-site testing)
• Manage, motivate, and retain project teams
• Ensure compliance with safety (EHS) standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of project management experience in data centre projects
• Understanding of network, server, storage, cloud, and data centre infrastructure (e.g., racks, cabling, power, cooling)
• Fluent in Mandarin
