12-month initial contract

Hybrid working - Coventry

£29ph (Inside IR35), 40 hrs pw

About the company

I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in Coventry, who are seeking a Manufacturing BOM Engineer Release Specialist to join their team.

Job Description

As Manufacturing BOM Engineer Release Specialist, your main responsibilities are:

1. Load, validate, and release all Engineering Concerns (Change Orders/Change Actions) in DELMIA
2. Attend regular cross-functional meetings
3. Maintain progress reports to their line managers and with the customer
4. Conduct validation activities to ensure releases are robust and accurate
5. Manage releases to completion within the programme timing

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Proven experience in engineering release
• Good knowledge of navigating engineering structure
• Experience or knowledge of driving process improvement activities and managing change
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of DELMIA
• Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA / Confluence
