The Work

The Production Operations Proposal Manager will lead the Production Operations Proposal Team, across Moorestown and Syracuse Factories, to drive proposal execution and collaborate with Manufacturing Project Managers and Program Teams to inform proposal development. This role ensures compliant proposals that accurately reflect the scope and resource requirements for successful manufacturing execution. It may oversee the administration and maintenance of Industrial Engineering standards, as well as other industrial engineering and data analytics initiatives (e.g., simulations, data visualization, advanced analytics) to support Production Operations. It will foster cross‑functional partnerships across RMS locations and Lockheed Martin to advance proposal process improvements and prepare for new 1LMX toolsets implementation. This position may also support the implementation of new tools and processes across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communications skills.
• Experience as team or project lead in Production Operations, Program Management, Finance, or Cost Estimating.
• Please note: This position requires the ability to obtain a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Desired Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production Operations, Program Management, Finance, or Cost Estimating.
• Understanding of the full program lifecycle (proposal through execution), including hardware delivered by production operations.
• Previous experience as a proposal analyst, industrial engineer, or data analyst.

Security Clearance: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework; part of the schedule may be remote and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Specific weekly schedule will be discussed during hiring.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of schedules to provide flexibility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over five days to condensed schedules, which include additional time away from the office. This is in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range varies by location. For some states, ranges are listed; for others, the salary will reflect the final work location. Salary information is a general guideline. Some details vary by state and plan eligibility.
