What you will be doing:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate individual to take on the role of Manufacturing Services Engineer for Engine Overhaul Services (EOS) in Derby. You will work closely with the Manufacturing Services Leader and Maintenance engineers to deliver objectives, analyze data, and identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost savings.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate external Service Provider partnerships in line with business requirements and standards.
- Support implementation of Health & Safety Standards, potentially acting as Responsible Person (RP) or Assistant RP.
- Manage business requirements for Manufacturing Services functional lines.
- Understand and utilize IT systems for manufacturing services activities.
- Communicate using digital tools.
- Interface with Fluid Management Service Provider to ensure service levels are met.
- Manage Engineering Inspections and Calibration requirements, overseeing Service Providers and monitoring performance against SLAs.
- Develop contracts and SLAs for external Service Providers.
- Monitor performance of Group Property's Integrated Facilities Supplier against business needs.

Who we're looking for:
- Level 3 qualifications in engineering or maintenance.
- Experience in support groups and with external Service Providers.
- Proven track record in delivering results and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage external Service Providers.
