Job Description:

Under the leadership of the Solutions Director, the Manufacturing Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing all activities related to pre-sales and resource planning.

This full-time, exempt role is remote and requires travel within the EU/UK, up to 75% during peak sales periods.

This is a fully remote role based in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Influence prospective customers with onsite support and provide remote executive overviews
• Lead onsite and remote opportunity assessments for prospective customers
• Mentor and develop account executives
• Create technical scope activities
• Generate analyses such as ROIs, cashflows, and breakeven analyses rapidly
• Coordinate completion of RFPs and RFQs

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Ability to influence executives and business owners
• Build relationships and gain trusted advisor status quickly
• Strong business acumen (operations, CAPEX, budgeting, P&L)
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies (TPM/IWS/WCM)
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good judgment and assessment skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks
• Willingness to learn new software
• Project management under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced, high-growth environment
• Additional second language is advantageous

Education/Experience:

• BA or BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, Supply Chain, or Business Management
• At least 5 years in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, or compliance leadership roles
