We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the creation, execution, and analysis of our global marketing campaigns and initiatives. This key role will be responsible for driving brand awareness and demand generation by translating business objectives into high-impact, integrated campaigns, including new product launches and innovations.
Reporting into the Senior Director, Demand Generation, you will be a central figure within the marketing function, collaborating with the marketing channel owners, and other departments within the business including product, solutions and critically, the sales team, to ensure strong campaign execution that delivers measurable business results and maximum ROI.

What you will be doing
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Devise and own the end-to-end global marketing campaign strategy, from initial concept to final evaluation, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and sales targets.
Project manage integrated campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Lead the positioning and messaging for new product launches and innovations globally.
Develop a deep understanding of the marketing and sales funnel to create targeted content and channel strategies that effectively move prospects through the journey.
Develop, manage, and track the marketing campaign budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and demonstrable return on investment (ROI).
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers, providing clear briefs and ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), specifically those focused on driving awareness and delivering qualified leads.
Proactively share data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of campaign effectiveness and future strategy.
Content & Channel Marketing
Direct and execute content creation for campaigns, ensuring high-quality, relevant, and engaging material.
Adapt campaign content and assets across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social, email, events) to maximise reach and conversion globally.
Work closely with channel owners (e.g., Digital Marketing, PR) to execute and optimise campaign performance and achieve the best possible outputs.
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure campaigns resonate with diverse global audiences, maintaining brand consistency while respecting cultural nuances.
Who you are
5+ years of demonstrable experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on global campaign management.
Proven track record of running successful, targeted campaigns that clearly drive awareness and deliver measurable leads against targets.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to clearly articulate campaign strategy and collaborate effectively across all levels of the business.
A strong understanding of demand generation and the alignment required between marketing and sales efforts.
Proficiency with major Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs) (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for campaign execution, segmentation, and reporting.
Experience within the market research industry and/or in a SAAS business environment is desirable.

Compensation: £55-60k + 20% variable bonus
