Main Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, deliver and evaluate fully integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and events.
  • Translate strategic objectives into targeted marketing activity with measurable outcomes.
  • Support practice and service areas in raising profile and generating demand through marketing.
  • Coordinate and support the creation of in-market content and experiences — such as webinars, videos, podcasts, and events — to grow brand reputation and audience engagement.
  • Brand & Content: Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all campaigns and collateral; develop compelling content with internal and external partners.
  • Digital & Analytics: Work with digital and data colleagues to drive performance; monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data and insights.
  • Internal Collaboration: Act as a marketing business partner for a portfolio of legal services or audience groups; build strong relationships with internal stakeholders; align activity across brand, digital, BD, PR and content.
  • Budget & Agency Management: Support budget tracking and ROI analysis; manage external agencies and suppliers as required.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in professional services or a regulated industry.
  • Demonstrable success in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to link marketing activity to business impact.

Desirable

  • Experience using CRM, email marketing platforms, and digital analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of legal services or another B2C/B2B regulated market.
  • CIM qualification or similar is an advantage.
