Role overview:

Due to continued growth and global expansion, Tickets for Good is looking for a passionate and creative Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our international marketing efforts as we enter an exciting new phase of development.

Working alongside our global marketing team, you’ll help power event promotions, engage and grow our user community, and strengthen the Tickets for Good brand across multiple markets (UK, EU and US and beyond) and channels. Your work will directly support our mission to make live events more accessible, while helping to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

From crafting social content and supporting paid campaigns, to shaping email communications and building community engagement, you’ll be part of a fast-moving, collaborative team making a real impact.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Customer Service, Partnerships, and Tickets In, ensuring our campaigns are cohesive, creative, and aligned with our organisational goals.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your marketing career within a purpose-led, rapidly scaling company, helping to shape the future of how we connect communities with incredible live experiences.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support global marketing campaigns – assist in planning, creating, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across the UK and international markets.
  • Promote live events – help drive engagement and attendance through social media, email, paid ads, and community outreach.
  • Create engaging content – develop social media posts, newsletters, and website copy that align with brand tone and values.
  • Support paid advertising and CRM activity – assist in managing paid social and email campaigns, including audience segmentation, copywriting, and performance tracking.
  • Design and coordinate marketing assets – work with the wider team to produce high-quality visuals, event graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency – ensure all messaging and creative outputs align with Tickets for Good’s mission, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Collaborate across teams – work closely with Customer Service, Partnerships, and Tickets In teams to support event promotion and community engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning – provide insights and ideas to support marketing strategies, audience growth, and revenue objectives.
  • Monitor and report on performance – help track campaign success, audience engagement, and key marketing metrics to inform continuous improvement.
  • Champion community engagement – support initiatives that strengthen relationships with users, partners, and ambassadors, ensuring our communications remain authentic and mission-driven.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills; you’ll be connecting with a wide range of members, so clear and friendly communication is key.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, able to jump between projects, tailor messages for different audiences, and spot opportunities to improve how we market and engage.
  • A collaborative team player. We’re a small, supportive team where everyone pitches in. A positive, can‑do attitude goes a long way.
  • Some marketing experience – whether through a previous role, internship, or personal projects, you’ve had some exposure to marketing campaigns, email platforms, or social media management.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools – experience with CRM systems, social media scheduling tools, or design software (Canva is a big plus).
  • Comfortable with data and reporting and able to review engagement metrics and help report on campaign performance to inform future activity.
  • A creative eye for content. You enjoy writing, designing, or finding new ways to tell stories that connect with people.
  • An interest in live events and social impact, and a genuine enthusiasm for music, culture, and making live experiences more accessible for everyone.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally – to attend events, meetings, or support marketing activity on the ground.

Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable but not essential. Must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C including both Maths and English.

Experience: Some previous experience (through work, volunteering, or personal projects) in marketing, communications, or social media is beneficial.

Note: This person specification is meant to serve as a guide and is not an exhaustive list of qualifications, experience, skills, or personal attributes that may be required for the role.

Why Join Us?:

You’ll be welcomed into a culture that values teamwork, creativity, and genuine impact and has the needs of our members at its heart.
