From radio and outdoor to digital and live experiences, they create campaigns that move people, and drive results. With ambitious growth targets and a renewed commercial focus, they’re now looking for a Content Marketing Manager to shape how their Local Sales team tells its story by creating the collateral, insights, and partnerships that empower sales teams and elevate brand impact. What you’ll be doing:
Create and manage marketing collateral, decks, and sales content, from sector insights and seasonal campaigns to data‑led stories built around audience behaviour and commercial trends. Keep internal platforms such as Showpad up to date with the latest product materials, RAJAR figures, and campaign case studies. Expand into thought‑leadership and whitepapers, building a central knowledge hub for the Local Sales team.
Partnerships & Campaign Support (30%)
Support key marketing partnerships and trade events, creating materials, toolkits, and messaging that amplify brand visibility. Collaborate with the wider marketing and digital teams to ensure offline activations and online campaigns work seamlessly together. Contribute to co‑marketing initiatives and webinars that showcase expertise and generate leads.
Insights & Strategy (20%)
Blend commercial data, audience research, and market insights into compelling stories for advertisers. Translate performance and market data into simple, actionable recommendations for sales and marketing teams. Identify new sector opportunities through regular market analysis.Work closely with colleagues across Marketing, CRM, and Sales to deliver joined‑up campaigns. Bring pace, positivity, and pragmatism to a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
What they’re looking for:
2+ years’ experience in B2B or media marketing, ideally within a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment. Strong content creation skills, from writing and storytelling to building polished decks and campaign collateral. Confident using platforms like Showpad (or similar), and comfortable managing sales enablement content. Excellent relationship‑builder, able to partner cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders. Commercially minded, organised, and proactive, someone who takes ownership and gets things done. Agency experience or exposure to varied sectors would be a plus.
