The Job

Unlock growth opportunities by transforming data into actionable insights
Lead the development of dashboards & optimise campaign effectiveness
Manage & optimise web content to improve search engines rankings & AI discoverability
Perform marketing channel analysis to inform strategic decisions across the business
Report & present to executive level
The insights you are able to find from the data will directly impact how the business attracts, converts & retains customers (across web & SEO analytics, channel attribution, & customer journeys)

The Skillset / Experience

Must have strong hands-on SQL skills & working with BI dashboards (PowerBI or Looker Studio ideal)
Must have a strong grasp of digital marketing performance & ability to demonstrate that
Must have experience with GA4 & Google Tag Manager (eg, advanced event tracking, custom triggers, and enhanced e-commerce configuration)
Using ESP (eg, Mailchimp) to analyse campaign & customer behaviour
Create automated reporting frameworks
A/B & multivariate testing

Essentially this role is an interesting mix of an e-commerce manager with strengths in data analytics.
