The Position
Leading the agency’s brand marketing and communications strategy, you’ll oversee PR, events and thought leadership initiatives to create public-facing marketing content that aligns with both commercial and creative goals.
Working closely with PR and event specialists, senior leaders and the team around you, you’ll ensure the agency’s output cuts through the noise, grabbing attention and keeping a hold of it. You know exactly how to communicate with stakeholders and external parties, really utilising your strong strategic judgement.
You’ll quickly become a real advocate for the agency and its team, looking to solidly impact and strengthen not just each brand’s presence but also promote the agency itself at the same time.
What We’re Looking For
A real brand advocate, we’re after someone who can drive visibility, credibility and creative impact – a Marketing Director with a real passion for evolving and enhancing how brands show up in the world.
You’re absolutely someone who can formulate great ideas and run with them. Proven experience managing press and event relationships in a branding or creative agency is essential, as is a hands-on and collaborative approach to leadership.
