Overview

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth for Onsi’s pay solution through coordinated, campaign-based initiatives. Joining during a critical growth phase, you’ll focus on building awareness and credibility in target markets by leveraging PR, brand exposure, and client engagement activities.

What you will do

  • Plan and deliver quarterly marketing campaigns aligned to commercial strategy
  • Coordinate direct mail campaigns, managing creative, fulfilment and measurement.
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies to secure coverage, press releases and thought leadership.
  • Lead awards submissions and ensure high-quality, timely entries.
  • Organise prospect dinners, hosted events, and sponsorships to support pipeline creation.
  • Track and report marketing KPIs (coverage, campaign responses, event ROI, inbound opps).
  • Work closely with SDR/AE to ensure campaigns generate sales opportunities and produce case studies and sales collateral for them to send out.
  • Manage Onsi channels including website and social media to ensure alignment with campaign strategy and overall business strategy.

What you will need

  • Proven B2B marketing experience (ideally with a PR background) to handle media relations, awards
  • Campaign coordination skills to manage multiple deliverables (direct mail, events, PR)
  • Agency and vendor management experience to maximise output
  • Strong copywriting and content skills for awards submissions, press releases, and campaign copy
  • Excellent project management and organisational ability to keep campaigns on track and aligned with sales priorities
  • Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with sales and wider teams
