We’re partnering with a well-established independent B2B organisation based in the heart of Leeds. Known for its strong reputation, collaborative culture, and ambitious growth plans, the business is now looking to appoint a versatile Marketing Manager to lead and deliver its full marketing function.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on Full Mix Marketing Manager with a strong digital and social media bias. You’ll take ownership of planning and delivering multi‑channel marketing activity; digital, print, events, SEO, social, and brand, while supporting the commercial goals of the business. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and collaborate with a small, friendly marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the full marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels.
  • Lead on digital campaigns including paid social, organic social media, email, SEO and website optimisation.
  • Manage brand consistency and messaging across all customer touch-points.
  • Oversee content creation for web, social, print and internal communications.
  • Plan and deliver B2B events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Support lead‑generation activity, working closely with sales and commercial teams.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data insights to drive decisions.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers (design, print, digital etc.).
  • Support the development of marketing budgets and resource planning.
  • Keep ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.

About You

  • A proven Marketing Manager (or experienced Senior Marketing Executive stepping up) with strong B2B experience.
  • Full‑mix marketing background with demonstrable strength in digital and social media.
  • Comfortable leading campaigns end‑to‑end in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Strong copywriting, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Data‑driven approach with experience using analytics tools.
  • Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
