Hybrid (with typically 1 day per week in our London Office, EC2Y 9AL). 35 hours per week. Fixed‑term contract up to 12 months (Maternity cover). Salary: £37,483 – £39,014 per annum (plus ILW £3,344 if residing & working in London).

About the Role

You will support key brand and advertising campaigns that elevate our iconic brand. Your work will ensure our strategies are integrated, impactful and timely, while empowering teams across the organisation to use our brand effectively.

Responsibilities

• Campaign coordination: work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager for Brand and Heritage, oversee brand and advertising activities, ensure delivery on time, within budget, and with impact. Assist in creative development and evaluation of multi‑channel campaigns.
• Brand support: act as a brand ambassador, promote the brand team and tools, manage internal communications and respond to brand‑related queries.
• Cross‑organisational collaboration: align efforts with other teams, deliver content and drive impactful campaigns to maximise effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Expertise in branding with strong creative judgment.
• Experience supporting and delivering multi‑channel campaigns with creative and media agencies; asset management skills required.
• Proficiency in project management and coordinating complex schedules.
• Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience embedding and integrating brand principles across activities.
• Competence in evaluating marketing activities, driving improvements, and providing actionable recommendations.
