The Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of brand and product marketing strategies across the UK market. This role is ideal for someone with a background in beauty or lifestyle brands, who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is eager to make a tangible impact.

In this role you’ll get to:

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social, PR, influencer, retail, and experiential.
• Product Launches: Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, working closely with NPD, sales, and global teams.
• Influencer & PR: Manage influencer partnerships and PR activations to drive awareness and engagement.
• Insights & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, consumer trends, and competitor activity to inform future strategies.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Team Leadership: Champion the development and success of a Junior Marketing Manager.
• Distributor Marketing Support: Share best practices and campaign learnings across global distributor markets to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Trade Marketing Manager, Sales & Social teams to support growth initiatives.

What we are looking for in you:

• 4–6 years of marketing experience, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
• Strong understanding of UK consumer and retail landscape.
• Experience managing 360° campaigns and working with external agencies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
