Product Marketing Manager - PropTech Scale-Up (London, Hybrid)

I'm working with an innovative PropTech company that's about to launch something genuinely game-changing. They provide planning tools for architects and developers, - and they're rebuilding their platform from the ground up.

Lead a major platform relaunch - September/October launch with hundreds of existing customers to migrate successfully

Strong collaboration with tech teams - Work closely with both product and commercial teams with direct leadership access

What you'll own:

• Go-to-market strategy for platform launches and feature rollouts
• Customer migration messaging and retention communications
• Market research and customer insights to inform product strategy
• Sales enablement materials and revenue team support
• Content leadership, including thought leadership and case studies
• Product adoption optimisation and performance measurement
• Competitive intelligence and market positioning

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years product marketing experience (SaaS ideal)
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and customer journeys
• Platform launch experience and customer migration expertise
• Analytical approach with familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics
• Cross-functional collaboration and strong communication skills
• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value

The package:

• Up to £85K base (flexibility for the right person)
• 2-3 days in office (flexible, trust-based approach)
• Direct reporting to CCO with genuine strategic influence
