The role

As the Marketing Production Executive you willsupport a wide range of activities that are essential to delivering exceptional marketing outputs. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across the department and the wider business to ensure our print production, image sourcing, event coordination and the creation and management of production schedules are executed to the highest standard. Your work will help bring our brand to life and ensure every piece of marketing reflects the quality and creativity Audley is known for.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for printers and mailing houses in the UK and US market
  • Liaise with printers and mailing houses in both the UK and US to understand options for print and fulfilment of brochure(s)/ our Traveller magazine / any other direct mail or adhoc print requirements.
  • Work with printers and mailing houses to ensure each direct mail piece doormats in line with Campaign and Trading needs/ expectations
  • Monitor brochure stock levels and collaborate with Campaigns team so that timely decisions can be made on reprints.
  • Lead the curation and sourcing of high-quality destination imagery for use across brochures, direct mail, advertising, website, and other marketing collateral.
  • Maintain accurate records of image licensing and usage; ensure compliance with rights-managed libraries.
  • Build and manage a bank of imagery from staff and clients to reduce reliance on stock photography.
  • Provide guidance on image selection to internal teams and train others where needed.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure stocks of branded items are replenished in line with requirements, sourcing and organising production of new branded items when needed.
  • Manage and track production costs for all direct mail and branded items. Quote from various suppliers to identify most cost-effective route.
  • Support building production schedules for the design and content teams and the coordination of direct mail production schedules from concept to fulfilment.
  • Plan and coordinate exhibitions, working closely with external partners.
  • Assess what is needed for the smooth running of events and exhibitions including provision of promotional materials / brochures and other equipment etc.
  • Attend event build up and break down to ensure stand is as specified

You will have exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

Additionally,

  • Broad experience across campaigns, production, and creative.
  • Good understanding of Office 365 including MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook.
  • Experienced in image research and sourcing for marketing use.
  • Confident in project management tools such as Asana, with a structured approach to task tracking and delivery.
  • Good knowledge of print production and supplier coordination.
  • Skilled in visualising design and layout concepts to support creative development.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative ability and an interest in images and visual communication.
  • Sharp eye for detail and quality assurance across all outputs.
  • Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
