Role Overview

Role Overview

This role is centered around supporting and shaping the development of the company’s data infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and cross-functional coordination. The individual will be responsible for investigating natural language processing (NLP) options and configurations, as well as assisting with various ongoing data projects. A key part of the role involves evaluating incoming work from different teams, helping to determine priorities, and ensuring that tasks are completed effectively and in alignment with business needs.

The person in this role will work closely with data engineers, data operations analysts, and senior stakeholders, contributing to both the strategic and practical aspects of infrastructure development. They will play a crucial role in quality assurance, verifying that the data systems and processes in place are accurate and reliable. Additionally, they will help facilitate communication and alignment between technical and non-technical teams, often using tools like Jira or other ticketing systems to manage workflows.
