Overview

We have a current opportunity for a Materials & Corrosion Engineer on a contract basis. The position will be based in Hampshire, England for about 2 days a week with 3 days WFH. This is a long term contract position inside of IR35.

The candidate will be part of the UK Materials & Corrosion team and will take the lead role in a FEED project for the upgrading of an existing Onshore Gas Treatment & Compression facility in Africa.

The role requires the discipline leading for the Project including but not limited to:

1. project discipline management
2. planning of discipline activities and deliverables, forecasting, etc.
3. contributing to general project docs as design basis, SoW, etc.
4. periodical reporting of progress

Responsibilities

• Lead the discipline management for the project and ensure delivery of discipline deliverables.
• Plan discipline activities, forecast resources and schedules.
• Contribute to project documents such as design basis and Statement of Work (SoW).
• Provide periodic progress reporting.

Background / Qualifications

• Experience with Materials & Corrosion requirements for an Onshore Gas Treatment Facility.
• Degree required.
