We’re looking for skilled Mathematical Modellers to join a mission-critical radar programme, developing and refining algorithms that power high-performance radar tracking systems. You’ll be working hands-on with radar signal data, building simulations, validating outputs, and driving improvements to advanced models using MATLAB and (optionally) Simulink.

Location:Isle of Wight (Hybrid – Portsmouth or Chelmsford possible)
On-Site Requirement: 4–5 days per week onsite
Experience Level: Mid-level
Clearance: Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)
