Your Role:

As a Group Strategy Manager, reporting into our Head of Group Strategy, and sponsored by our Group CEO, Milena Mondini, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Group strategy - placing culture and customer experience at the heart of everything we do. Our 3 core focus areas include enhancing our data, tech and AI strategy (Admiral 2.0), while diversifying our services to meet changing customer needs (Business Diversification) and adapting to changes in mobility (Motor Evolution).

This programme bridges the gap between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, preparing you for a future role in leadership.

This role is based at our HQ in Cardiff, UK, although we work on a flexible hybrid model meaning you won’t need to be in the office every day.

There will also be potential opportunities in Paris, Rome, and Seville. For roles outside the UK, we may consider direct placements outside the programme.
