Responsibilities

  • Work within a team of Student Experience and Programme Delivery Managers, supported by Programme Administrators, in assisting the Programme Director and Senior Team in the overall direction, development and delivery of the MBA programme.
  • Be the first point of contact for 30+ business schools with whom we exchange information.
  • Use feedback from returning exchange students to inform improvements to the Programme.
  • Work with the Senior Manager in developing the languages Programme.
  • Assist the Senior Manager with operational delivery of Capstone, liaising with internal and external stakeholders in the organisation of this key event.

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with experience managing a large range of stakeholders.
  • Experience using software related to the team or department to extract, analyse and report on data; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Sound project management and excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of business education and/or relevant sector.

Working pattern

London Business School supports Smart Working with a hybrid approach. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week. For this role, on-campus presence is typically 3 days per week, with some weeks requiring up to 5 days depending on programmes.

Core hours are 10:00–15:00 to maximise collaboration. Outside of these hours, meetings or collaboration may be required. Protected Time is a one-hour slot for learning, wellbeing, or focused work.
