Principal or Associate Mechanical Engineer – Oxford | Leading MEP Consultancy

We’re proud to be partnering with one of the UK’s most respected building services consultancies to find a Principal or Associate Mechanical Engineer for their vibrant and growing Oxford office.

This role offers the chance to be part of a forward thinking, sustainability-led engineering practice that’s shaping some of the UK’s most technically complex buildings particularly within science, research, and healthcare.

The Opportunity:

As a senior member of the team, you’ll take a lead role in project delivery across a broad portfolio, developing client relationships and managing multidisciplinary teams. This consultancy is big enough to offer excellent progression, yet small enough to recognise and reward individuals. What We’re Looking For:

• Solid consultancy experience delivering mechanical services (HVAC etc.)
• Confident client communicator and team collaborator
• Proficiency in design tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong technical understanding of British Standards
• Background in science, healthcare or complex building sectors is a plus
• Ambition, integrity, and a people-first mindset
