Responsibilities: You will primarily work on Midlands-based projects valued up to £1 million, including schools (new build and refurbishments/remedials). Your duties will include full financial control over projects, procurement, managing subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and liaising with clients through meetings and updates.
