We’re seeking an experienced Media Sales Executive to join the team and play a pivotal role in one of their industry-leading media platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and ambitious individual with across print, digital, and events. About the Role

We\'re seeking a natural business hunter – someone who loves uncovering new opportunities and thrives on winning new business. You’ll be a key player in growing their client base, working closely with senior leadership and editorial to develop and deliver compelling advertising solutions.

You\'ll need to be:

  • Energetic, professional, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable communicating with clients across phone, email, social media, and in-person
  • A confident closer who brings creativity and innovation to the sales process

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business across print, digital, and event platforms
  • Nurture and grow existing client relationships
  • Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
  • Present tailored proposals to clients with clarity and confidence
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client data
  • Collaborate with directors and editorial teams on strategy
  • Represent the brand at key industry events and exhibitions (including international travel)
  • Contribute ideas, identify new revenue streams, and stay ahead of media trends
  • Provide regular performance updates to the Group Sales Director

Who We\'re Looking For

  • Open to experience. Would look at a Grad or someone with 1 or 2 years sales experience
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, with the drive to succeed and exceed targets
  • Based in or willing to commute to our Kent office (hybrid working may be considered)
  • Willing to travel internationally for events and client meetings
