We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Solicitor to join a national law firm in their leading Medical Negligence team in their Cardiff office. If you're passionate about helping clients through complex and sensitive cases, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage your own caseload, including litigated claims
- Support senior lawyers on high-value, complex matters
- Advise clients on cases involving birth injuries, delayed diagnoses, fatal claims, and more
- Deliver empathetic, accurate legal guidance across a wide range of medical disciplines from obstetrics and oncology to psychiatric care
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years PQE in claimant-side clinical negligence
- Experience handling litigated cases independently
- Strong communication and client care skills
