Telemedicine Clinic (TMC), a Unilabs company, is Europe’s leading teleradiology provider. Our team of approximately 350 highly specialised radiologists will report over 930,000 cases, making a significant positive impact on the life of patients and hospital staff.

The Opportunity

Due to rapid growth, we’re increasing our international Recruitment Team with a Medical Recruiter for our UK market. We are looking for an experienced Medical Recruiter willing to join a high energy Recruiting Team and help it achieve its ambitious Radiologist recruitment goals. The focus is our UK market and the scope of your work will cover European doctors eligible to work in the UK. Since our recruitment and onboarding process is unique and profiles we search for are very niche, it’s a great opportunity for an eager professional with a healthy sales mindset and ambition to grow professionally. Beside medical recruitment, you also will be involved in employer branding activities and congress organisation. The position is in the UK, preferably London area. We are offering a hybrid working model. Regularly traveling is required to assist meetings in TMC’s office in Barcelona, Copenhagen or Reading and participate in radiology congresses across Europe.

We would love you to participate in a variety of employer branding activities and contribute to maintaining a well-functioning recruiting process that receives the highest ratings from candidates and internal hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Sourcing - Carrying out various candidate search activities to build a strong pipeline of candidates. This includes head hunting activities such as cold calling, LinkedIn recruiter, posting advertisements, ATS search etc.

Recruitment – You are responsible for the entire recruitment process. You are the first contact that the candidate has with TMC, you inform the candidate in detail about the opportunities TMC can offer and answer all the questions a candidate may have. You manage the candidate data base in our ATS Jobvite.

Congresses - Being up to date with industry congresses and seminars, organising participation of TMC, managing post-conference process.

Employer branding - Being involved in advertising, social media and employer branding activities.

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills

Recruitment experience - Prior experience in an agency or in-house recruitment department (minimum 2 years), medical recruitment experience is a strong plus.

Educational background – A university degree is a must. Whilst not mandatory, a degree in HR Management, Marketing, Business Administration or similar is desirable.

Language skills – As TMC is a multinational and diverse company and our company language is English; you need to demonstrate an advanced level of written and spoken English. Any other additional language is a plus.

Organisation and planning - You are proactive and able to plan and execute a complex series of activities; you are good at meeting deadlines; you feel comfortable juggling several issues simultaneously; you like to organize and find ways of making things more efficient.

Independent problem solver - We are a team, and you will always be provided with the necessary support. Nevertheless, we are looking for a person who will be able to take ownership of assigned tasks and projects.

Communication skills – You need to have a clear thought process and the ability to find appropriate vocabulary and a suitable style for different audiences, including senior candidates and external service providers.
