Job Description:

We are seeking a Medical Writer to join an innovative, growing healthcare consulting firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team with excellent staff retention, a collaborative culture, and a good work-life balance. The position involves hands-on scientific writing, working on global projects, particularly HEOR publications and manuscripts, without sales or BD responsibilities. The company’s work primarily involves repeat business and organic growth.

Role scope includes:

• Drafting, revising, and finalizing scientific materials such as abstracts, posters, slide decks, tables, and data visualizations
• Articulating complex information clearly and concisely
• Evaluating source documents and developing appropriate visual content
• Providing editing, proofreading, and quality control
• Collaborating with researchers and client teams to ensure scientific accuracy
• Participating in client meetings remotely
• Incorporating reviewer comments to improve documents
• Conducting online literature searches and summarizing findings
• Managing journal and abstract submissions
• Contributing to internal thought leadership projects

Qualifications include:

• MSc or higher degree in life sciences, public health, or health economics
• At least 2 years of experience in technical/scientific writing
• Attention to detail, clarity, and scientific accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in pharmaceutical, public health, RWE, epidemiology, or HEOR writing is preferred
