We’re looking for a Medical Writer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for clear, impactful communication to join our team on a hybrid basis in London, UK.

Reporting to a Principal Medical Writer, this role offers you the chance to develop high-quality scientific content that supports education, engagement, and positive change in healthcare.

Day to day, you’ll collaborate with client services, programme development, creative, and editorial teams to deliver engaging materials across a wide range of formats. From training modules and slide decks to symposia reports, and manuscripts, you’ll play a key role in shaping medical education programmes that meet client needs and resonate with healthcare audiences. This is a hands‑on role with opportunities to contribute creative and strategic input, liaise with clients and experts, and grow within a collaborative, supportive agency culture.

A few more details about the job:

Develop, manage, and deliver a variety of scientific materials – training resources, scientific messaging, slide decks, manuscripts, and meeting outputs.

Liaise with clients, KOLs, and external contractors to ensure content is accurate, on brief, and delivered to deadline.

Support live, hybrid, and digital events, attending meetings, conferences, and symposia as needed.
Manage project timelines and writing activities in line with agreed budgets and schedules.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align content with creative, editorial, and client service objectives.

Provide input during project development, contributing both creatively and strategically, and utilizing AI to enhance content development where appropriate. Support business development by contributing to proposals and, where needed, pitches.

This is a dynamic role with a balance of independent project delivery and collaborative teamwork. You will be supported to sharpen your writing skills, expand your scientific expertise, and make a real difference through high‑quality medical communications.
