We are seeking a Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to join our MHARS team.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside the Community Mental Health Team, providing a crisis line—an open access, single point of telephone contact for self-referrals and agency referrals. You will be flexible and responsive, offering support through the medium most comfortable for the individual.

You will help service users establish and maintain meaningful, fulfilling lives in the community. Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioners play a key role in providing recovery-focused, high-quality support.
