If you’re registered with the GDC, we can offer you a mentoring scheme to support your development as a qualified NHS dentist.

Responsibilities

• Join and participate in a mentorship scheme with a dedicated mentor and mentoring structure.
• Work with an experienced Practice Manager to receive appropriate training and development.
• Provide patient care within an NHS/private setting and contribute to maintaining an established patient list.
• Engage in ongoing CPD and personal development with support from the practice.
• Collaborate with the practice team to integrate into the business through a 6-week immersion plan and 12-month mentoring program.
• Participate in scheduled training sessions (e.g., rotary endodontics, crowns & bridges) and opportunities to further train in implants, Invisalign, and more.

Qualifications

• Dental degree qualification.
• Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
• You must have passed the IELTS exam with a score of 7.5 or higher.
• Long-term interest in working in the UK as a Dentist.
• Ideally 1+ year of experience as a Dental Practitioner.
• Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a patient-first approach; ability to work in a team and willingness to learn and teach others.
